Refund policy
Our 30-day return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
An item purchased through a promo cannot be exchanged for a non-promo item.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any defect or damage or if you have received the wrong item. This will help us assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached and must be in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you will automatically receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
